Why you guys are not updating your landline Number so the customer can ask about the query??

Customer service is so terrible. Mostly the so called manager “Sunita.” She has no manners and I don’t understand why she is a manager. Her language is so rude. Clearly they don’t know what banking means. Go learn and then come back and do your jobs the right way! So disappointed

Worst banking. They don't know to talk to customer. Long queues for deposit or withdraw money.

Worst branch and worst staff.No etiquette how to talk.They don't know the value of time.Same for new staff

One of the best branch in SBI. Mine experience is always good. Staff is very good. Very big-big quque. Very crowded area, its normal because in all branches of SBI lots of customers comes daily.
