Extremely bad! Always out of cash and even once cash withdrawn by me didn’t came out of the machine. Then I had to complain to the guard but he didn’t bother about the same. Faced many difficulties for complaining the branch and got the balance in my account after so many days.

Cooperative and helpful staff

It is better to Open saving account in private bank Atleast they understand their responsibilities as banker and doesn't waste customers precious time (your pan isn't linked with account /u have not updated ur mobile number / ur address not updated ) bla bla bla

If you want worst service do visit the branch if you love to wait and if you like to visit branch again and again for your work to be done
