Well according to my point of view everything learns in life come through experience . If there is cons of any staff member another side pros are also find out. if anyone has a problem regarding anyone kindly share with senior staff . Dont create negativity in front of others.

Not everyone perfect in his/ her Life. So always give positivity and find out best solution

I am having a Burgundy Account with Axis Bank Kapurthala. I have applied for my replacement debit card which I have received in 3 working days. Very well guided by the staff to use the digital way for various request which have saved my time and visit to bank. Staff over there often guided me for various investment options. I highly recommend you all for Axis Bank

Very bad experience took 2 months to make joint account. Then to update passbook they said there printer is not working. Even sbi bank is more co-operative then axis bank.

Last week I went there for some investment nd the operation head lavesh Jain was there who guide me and explain all the policies nd give me good opt in Mutual fund..whenever i visit the branch all staff members attend me very well...highly satisfied with Axis Bank and this branch.

Kapurthala branch staff not corporative they talk very rudly and i very dispointed these staff

Very bad experience of kapurthala branch took approx 5 working days to open a saving account. Very much dissatisfied

Very Bad Staff and Service. I went there to open NRI account in March 2021, They took INR 25000 and never opened the account till today. They never gave us any proofs of the Payment as well. We Spoke Multiple times with the agents and even the Branch Manager but no one paid attention to our concerns. Super Disappointing and frustrating. They are actually just a scam!

Extremely unprofessional staff. It took them more than 2 months just to close my account and give me my money. Well, the issue is still not resolved and I don’t have my money. Everyone was keep on lying to me that there is a big issue with your account but no one was actually working on it. I went to the branch head Manish gupta and he said that there is nothing wrong with the account, it just 2 days processing time. Then he asked his staff that why no one worked on it and everyone was shut. I am extremely disappointed with the Manager Lovish jain as he was lying to me and rude with me in front of everyone. I came to this bank almost 20 times just for one thing. Since jan 2022 till the end of march 2022 and the issue is still pending.

Extremely low service!!
