Are you people crazy or mad mean to say google, first of all wrong direction and when reached to bank according to Google it should be open but it is closed

Service of this bank is very poor, staff don’t know how to serve clients. Totally rubbish work that staff doing now. Especially due to one person his Name is (Amandeep singh).He is making fool of people. Management need to have a look on staff.

Worst services. Staff is ineffiecient to handle daily processings. I am much eager to deactivate my current account.

Visited HDFC Pakhowal road, Ludhiana to get information on home loan. But didn't get the response expected. BAnk employee shouted when asked to explain the details of the procedure. So left immediately. What to expect after service if this is the behavior before the commencement of the service.

I'm great ful to mrs. Smile 😊 mam, mr. Ashish, mr. Rishi & manager Mr. Sarabjot singh.. they all are great personalities and handle customer on priorities , we met a fraud DSA.. who charged around 80k for home loan personally.. we paid almost 40k .which were not charged by bank.. that DSA made us fool.. but a day before my disbursement i met smile mam and share my problem.. she helped us like a God.. and as her name she gave us a radiant smile 😁 on our face.. she guided us and help us to get out from this hell situation.. I'm extremely happy and blessed to share my wonderful experience with u all. Coz she save us.
And must tell everyone go to the bank directly then any broker.. and if u have any doubt must clear with banker then outer one..
I'm again thankful to very beloved Smile 😊 mam Rishi sir Ashish sir & Mr Manager... God blesses you and u PPL must work like this ...thanks to save my 46k ...
