First of all, your bank Employees are need to learn about respect how to give. Public are not your servant.

Your employees have any idea about "May I Help You"? I didn't get help from their desk regarding check bounce charges.

Check bounce charges debited from my account during moratorium period. In the middle of the explaining the issues, he has answering his call without asking excuse. Is the way you people are treating? Am I joke to you?

Finally I have received nothing. Who is the responsibility for my money back?

The worst experience ever. Employees do not have any experience.
Making my father who is 60+ years old, to come back again and again for no reason. We had all the proof and the necessary amount to pay back the loan yet they never find any way to fix it. Such a worst office we have ever come across.
Kindly get some experienced employees.

Worst experience particularly with ig square branch pondicherry.I Requested for locker facility by paying fixed deposit of 50k INR n same accepted by the person at account opening session but after sometime he started convincing us saying new plans which is not relevant and useful to me since we are NRI customer. But again person named Manikandan states he is the branch manager and started explaining signature plans to earn commissions from us and so rude saying that the only option to avail locker facility with them. I decided to close the account only for this reason but other branch of Icici accepted my request and gave us a locker facility without any of these risk plans. I would say avoid this branch n don’t waste your time.

Worst Customer care service activity.. they even don't attend the 📞 calls...

Your employees have any idea about "May I Help You"? I didn't get help from their desk regarding my personal loan disbursement.

I am facing worst experience ever since my life.i was getting a personal loan was three months ago.they will not disbursed my money but start deducting EMI from my account.i talking to my relationship manager but he says we are processing.i don't know what kind of service they will providing us. I also raised complaints to the customer care they are telling to contact your relationship manager.
So please people have aware of it. Please think before going to that ICICI Bank.

very worst service in this branch...ATM not working , cash deposit machine not working...

I was hesitant initially to visit the branch looking at the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised.
The manager and the deputy manager were both curtious and helpful.
