Very worst customer service bank in India ... Managers, staffs nothing to do work.....no proper system work .token issue system very worst, senior citizen waiting time very worst, totally very worst.... Very bad experiences ... My suggestion don't open account in this worst bank.... Very bad.... Nothing to say good... Sbi (Sucking blood Indians )

One of the worst banking services Ever... Especially at counter 9...

Revathy in loan section, horrible service. She immediately talked down to me, negatively. Not a good professional behaviour. Didn't even listen to me explaining my loan details, she just said "Sir do you understand the words im speaking???" In a rude way! And did NOT let me even utter a word. Horrible staff! And i even patiently waited for her for so long, just for her to be rude to me.

Staffs are not serving the customers properly !!!

Most of the times staffs are not on their seats, they will tell you to go to next counter , then in that counter they will tell to go another counter

Past 15 days am going to this bank , since the issue was not sorted out

Most irresponsible staffs are here in this branch , very worst behavior ...

Very badly maintained. They have very-little knowledge of the products they are dealing with.
