The amount of Unprofessionalism the branch has, It should be awarded . Even to deposit money you have to wait for 1hr. Extremely arrogant staffs. Don't know why HDFC BANK LIMITED is still running the branch with such unprofessional staffs for whom customer satisfaction isn't important. Would Request the authorities to do a surprise visit and teach the staffs how to handle customer.
