A good Bank for the local people

Situated at very good place for local people.
Customer service is not good.
Maximum time not available of money in ATM

It is the one only bank of kabatabandha branch, Bt wrost work, and the ATM is not atm.. IT'S STM some time money not any time money..

Worst working by the staffs.Atm works rarely.

Most of the staffs deserve below 1 star rating except One Mr. JB!

Employees seemed unprofessional and rude. A strange thing was discovered first time, that the SBI share the work load to another shop owner who get the job done like account opening and a few more there at their shop in the name of dedicated customer service point. Does SBI really have a physical customer service point in this place. Even one of the bank employees has suggested me to go down stairs to get assistance for account opening. Upon checking with the branch manager he told that they have kept them for temporary purpose and also declined to assist us by saying that for account opening via YONO app we had to choose the without branch visit option not the one with branch visit. I was baggled when I have visited the branch why should I select the option without branch visit in YONO app for account opening. Then the branch manager told that it's a lengthy process if you select the option, with branch visit for a/c opening process. Not good at all. I'm going to highlight this to RBI banking ombudsman. Such activities need to be condemned. Also on Thursday (3rd March 2022) the bank was closed when there was no holiday apart from state Sikkim.
