State Bank of India DAMANA CHHAK

I had done a Rs 10k transaction on 4th June 2021 . It got missed but debited from my account. Though I have account in this branch they are not willing to give any reply yet . They are just trying to avoid me whenever I comes and my friend comes. Now I am worried to whome I should contact to get my money back. The branch people are saying that nothing is showing up here. The front lady is show smart and the manager is always busy . Only you can talk with a credit card girl there . I am praying to got that they too have to miss a lot of money from their account. No one is serious to people's problem here.

The worst experience I am facing with this branch . The BM is itself giving false commitments . The front lady is the worst kind of human being. And oversmart in nature. Even after 20 days they are unable to track my wrong transaction of Rs 10000 due to mistakes of bank people . In this situation my point of contact is the branch but they are just staying in their adaments. None of them are working for people .

One of the worst branch in-terms of service, Horrible experience of not updating my phone number even after repeated visits & applications in the end moved to much better branch

Hi all , I had to shift to south india,two years back, I went there to transfer my account to south india
The manager said that she cannot do the procedure, I will have to do it from south india,where I am going to settle down
Here we went to the bank,the manager and hthe the staffs says that they can't do it from here
What can we do now
Even ATM card got expired,not able to renew
Very poor service

All Stafs are so co-operative and we'll behaviour,Thanks to all the SBI Bank Staff.

Only , about a fortnight earlier I got the s/b a/c of self transferred to this branch from an other City branch for my suitability, found it's a very disciplined n well maintained one, could cater to a good number of its customers including Sr.citizens , ladies , businesses persons n people having very little knowledge on Banking in dissent mannerly.
The location of the bank just on, the busy road " Jaydeb Vihar ~ Nandan Kanan ", the parking equire more spaceace.
