All the staff of this branch are very friendly. They pay much attention for Customer satisfaction.

Little bit rush but overally provides other services like sbi does

Less number of staff so waiting time is more. Bad experience.

They are opening SBI general insurance along with savings account , without properly informing the customer . If you are new to banking system you will fall in this trap.

This happened with my relative.

This is wrong as per IRDA and RBI, they are not to suppose to sell other division(Insurance) products through banking product.

Staff are rude and simply not worthy doing business here. I was refused to deposit a SBI issued DD to my own account here..
