Worst experience with the bank. Wanted to give 0 star but dot have an option. I have been following them for my credit card but not able to get a satisfied answer. My card is blocked and I am not able to pay the bill because of which my cbil score is getting down. Have asked them for a new card but dont know why it is not yet reached to me..and the customer care executive is not able to give the proper information. Also have asked for the digital card..but the details I am not able to see even after providing the required parameter..Other private banks ICICI, HDFC etc are far better then this bank..
