Super poor service. Took almost a year to open a current account.
If u want to get ur work done over here... U gotta bribe or else forget ur work.

Higher authorities should take action against those staff members who misbehave with customers. Everyone finds the workers in this branch not behaving properly. After all, what they think of themselves! They have managed to drive out many good customers from SBI. Unless some drastic actions are taken by SBI the downfall of the bank is imminent!

Bank is very big comparing to other banks around chumukedima to dimapur.
But the workers are very rude .
They think that they work for themself they forget that they are the service providers....

Most horrible banking experience so far.
I've never met a manager who is so arrogant and full of attitude. (Btw.. She's an Ao lady).
I hope other customers don't have to meet such managers.

Very satisfied with the employees.

Worst banking service. Employees behave like it's their own home and spends time leisurely. They act as if we're taking their money.

The Guy who is looking after Pension, car loan service should improve his behaviour in dealing with customer.
