The staff are nice, decent and very helpful. Almost every counter are well presented to any new person visiting the bank for the first time. However being in the center of the market do note it does have alot of bankers and customers.

Pathetic service

ACTUALLY ITS A VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR HDFC TO BE AT MOTPHRAN BARA BAZAAR BUT THE NEW BRANCH MANAGER HAS BAD MANNER ... I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE CONCERN WHAT TYPE OF Branch Manager DOES HDFC BANK LTD RECRUIT?
if it is going this way then he did not need to be a Branch Manager in Shillong or Work Here in Shillong . Its better he go back to his home town and work there.
Chasing a Staff from her Seat Who gave service to a Customer!!!
Please take action before it's escalated...
IMPROVE THE ATTITUDE AND MANNER OF THE BRANCH MANAGER !!!
