Worst experience. Favourism and familiar faces will have better experience here. It’s better to change your home branch.

This bank is in the ground floor.
Nice atmosphere inside the bank.
Bank employees/staffs are very helpful to the customers.

I could have given 5 star rating only if the bank could transfer the inward remittances in time. The maximum duration for the transfer of inward remittances is 5 days ( as per google and Meta), but the bank branch takes more than 7 days. In SBI, it hardly takes 3 days to transfer the amount. For small enterprises, it creates a lot of problems when our revenues are delayed by the concerned bank. Please rectify the issue. My inward remittance arrived at the bank branch on 21st of this month. Today is 28th and still my revenue is not transferred. Sad.

Waited 2 hours long and said times up for their working hour. And asked to come early the next day. Worst staffs.Dont know how to deal with customer.Wasting customer's time.

I've just started my banking journey here since 3 months. I'm having normally satisfactory experience. Staff is helpful till now at least in my opinion. I'll update after sometime.
