Feel like not giving even one star... Pathetic... Waiting from 1hours just to collect documents/ card... But there meeting is not getting over... Not even one staff is there to help me out...
Pathetic reply from deputy branch manager when he came out from meeting room - "doesn't matter how long you wait, meeting is meeting"

This is how you give response to your customer.. 🙌
