Its been 10 years since the opening of my first bank account in this branch yet not a single thought of switching my account anywhere else..tbh the staff is nice if we treated them nicely..all the necessary amenities have been provided in here..only the problem here is the mobile signal.. once you enter here forget abt the signal..no matter which sim carrier you have..its just blank in here.. although there are not jammers but still you'll face that problem

I am the day one customer of this bank that time I was in service with pharma Multi-National when I switched to pharma trade business I never had thought of changing the bank my svg and business accounts and my family member accounts as of this hour are still with BOI only ! We are now one family for last almost 50 years

No passbook printing machines available. They are lying from 2 years machines are not working. Also employee sitting inside incharge of printing passbook always lie machine is not ok. Give multiple reasons as well as options to drag away customers. They have trained security to say the same.
