Absolutely worst customer service from a bank that calls themselves Multinational. I've been facing a few technical issues with the bank from last 1 year. The branch people did not provide any support or help to get it resolved.
I tried to talk to the branch manager, the employees didn't even let me reach the manager's cabin.

I contacted ICICI customer care for my problem. After juggling with them for 3 months, their answer was 'your device is not compatible for our services, we can't help you'!

They promise you all these modern banking facilities before opening the account, and afterwards, they deny their responsibility by saying 'your device is not compatible'; instead of upgrading their services.

I requested branch people to raise a complaint from branch level to the head office. I did not get any cooperation with that either.

I strongly NOT recommend you this bank, if you're planning to use modern banking facilities.

So bad experience. They are saying not able to increase credit card limits if you don't have offer. And forcing to buy new varient of credit card. After using 2 years credit card limits not increasing. What should any customer do.

don't visit this branch.fraud people.for opening the account they will ask to pay 1 lac rs.

Senior staff is very helpful. Junior staff members are very arrogant and mean. The service is very poor and the work stops before the timing.

Bad service
The last 20 days, I had given my shares to transfer, but a person named Sagar has not completed it yet. And now the call is not received. If such a service is to be provided, then why pay the workers. Some action should be taken by the bank manager
