Worst service, had been there first time for some urgent issue, did mentioned over counter, still after staff was working means being busy in entertaining long que and other half including manager were gossiping for very long time (20 min).

Self relationship staff I hate this all they do Only conversation between them but not provide service as job & responseblity

Worst Service and worst customer support from ICICI Eazypay
We are using ICICI Eazypay to receive payments from our website and from last few days facing issues and customers are unable to make payment with eazypay. I tried calling ICICI relation manager, product manager even talked with icici facebook page handler but they are just avoiding the responsibility and we are facing huge financial loss. Yet they have not solved issue.

Worst Service. Delays 2 or more hours for each work assigned. Lack of staff. Unresponsive to customers. No respect to customers. Staff only believes in lunch breaks. Such a worst bank ever saw.

Very slow operations. Staff here doesn't care about people. Very rude staff especially the lady sitting in privileged banking section.

SBI like service in a private bank , forget about privilege banking here.
