This branch cashier is the worst cashier I have seen in my entire life. First he took my cash and start counting then suddenly he says that we can't take cash after 12pm and their deposit machine also not working. Please if you have boi account please close that account let them know that customer is important.

Really disappoint from the service and the behavior of staff. After giving written application and follow-up for continues 4 working days. No response from the bank. Work required just 10 to 20 minutes. If any source can file a complaint and RBI or any other authority will take action on such branches. Please give me details of contact. Even I will not give 1 star also. but post not allowing me to do so.

The bank staff of BOI Ghatkopar West branch are so bad they don't have the manner of taking with the customer and they are not even interested in explaining the process which the the customer is not aware. They treat each and every customer with rude manner.i request higher authority to pay attention towards the customer service and brief the staff of the branch about it..

They provide very dirty services in this branch. Bank employees do not come here on time and do not help anyone. People are standing in long queues outside in the sun.You are in air conditioning inside. Get people involved in their work.

No sense of customer service. Killingly slow pace of work. Manager least bothered about customer issues. More interested in rushing for lunch while keeping customers waiting for 2 hrs. Atrocious attitude.

Particularly this bank is worst in PSB.... Starts with entrance... Parking is never available... Hawkers n bank vehicles are always thr... Nw abt cleanliness... See the photos...abt service.... Staff is always angry, irritated n misbehaving... N only concerned abt thr lunch tym n pending work... In lockdown days particularly this branch stopped 15k active accounts... N asked the customers to submit KYC... Wht an example of social distancing... I'm visiting this branch from last 5 days for urgent cheques... Bt this service is nt available with this bank only... I needed cheques for some of ma urgent work bt again AGM is also busy with lunch n her other essential works... As we r aliens n dnt hv any other work... Except visiting them every day... So what a relationship beyond banking... Last bt not the least the APP... The best fast n trending app on playstore... Nthng personal bt feel the the stress of common ppl also... Tq n very disappointed... Regards...

Very much pathetic.
There is Always so much of line there in Bank.
Seating during peak hours always Full.
Sometimes Passbook Machine not working or Server issues.
Need to improve the bank service & Need to Improve the Bank Ambience also.
Need more Smart Machines like other Banks Have.
