Worst Bank , The Costumer Support are not educated enough ,the staffs are mean and have no idea on modern banking methods. That's why my mom(5+ year customer) switched her bank.

Gunda bank of mahim..customers wear mask but the whole staff including abm roams freely without mask putting eveeyones life at risk.The current abm is Mr.Bala as of 2021 who doesn't know how to speak or treat customers.He keeps saying he's busy come tomorrow and gets away with his responsibility.Why is he even working for the bank.He should open a wada pav stall with his behaviiur that's the perfect job for him.

The banks passbook machine is never working. Very poorly managed bank. Slow and unresponsive staff
