ICICI Bank Ltd, Nashik Sharanpur Road

Went to the branch on 17.11.2020 asking them to activate my account which they confirmed is not frozen. Aplied for debit card which they filled the form for. Hve been wanting for it so called customer service to check on it. They confirmed tht the account is still frozen. What the hell is this. If you people don't want to work you should just close the branch. Pathetic people. If any customer want to go there ask for acknowledgement for every damn thing.

Fake phone number provided by bank, Actually ICICI BANK doesn't want to speak with customer, for demat desk at Sharanpur branch time is upto 1pm and it's very challenging job to meet them, either you have to put leave or forget about the service. Very horrible experience, I will recommend everyone not to open any type of account in ICICI

I have account with this branch from last 17 years. They did not give any information on charges when I was withdrawing money and later charged me heavily. First they said it is RBI rule later they said ICICI rule. One lady is interacting me and no officer phone number is shared. Worst experience till now. I lost all trust and thinking to close my account but also fight for heavy charges

Dear can you suggest whom to meet to activate the UPI transactions as bank has locked it .. i tried everywhere

Debit card got blocked automatically, no message for blocking sent from my side but still instead of checking the root cause they insisted that you only blocked it and now you have to apply for new one at 500rs charge. Even when I dial to customer care it shows your number not registered but in their records same number is registered and for this query as well they didn't had any answer and can't help.

Only one word they are not interested in business as well as service....

Worst experience even complaint to RBI about the same will take it further level if not get resolved my concern.. So many time requested visited branch thrice but no courtesy to revert from senior to junior all are same even call centre unable to solve... They r lying even last time had same thing happened with Panchavati branch at that time taken issue at higher level with all proff then branch manager n deputy manager come to my office with Appology letter now same thing did by sharanpur road branch.... Don't open account as they don't need business prefer kotak they did everything and my whole business now taking care by them with smooth services.

Bank timing is 9:30.. I have came here same 9:30. But all staff starting to came around 9:40.. and they started their work 9.45..

So request to change official bank timing from 9:30 to 10:00.
