Staff Who is representative on in tembhi naka thene is not helpful and not responsible for my wrong transaction complaint and not given any update from 18 jan 21 to till date very bad ,,,, and 4 -5 time's she was put wrong application in system and not resolved it

Very bad services in thane tembi naka branch even not a commitment of service. Customer has to waste their time money and pesion by handling staff and their unresolve services.
Basic things as passbook printing facilities is not provided and keep on call customer next day and pne has to spend money for keeping account with Axis Bank

Worst service.....basic branch services activations are also takes tooo much time... Need to visit branch again and again for basic services.

Worst service. Every time they will have some or the other problem. Staff will not be available on time.

Useless branch useless staffs no contact number to connect with them poor service going to close account soon worst!!!
