very poor customer care service. My netsecure OTP is not arriving in my REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. And guess what?! none of the options offer me this issue. They are asking me for credit card options and scores of other options which are useless for me in this occassion. And moreover none of the options take me to any executive (a real one with flesh and blood) who can help me out with this problem. NOne of the branches have any number that can receive any response. The numbers are just for show that keeps ringing.
The upshot is whenever you have any issue remember to start a new bank account or a new deposit plan and scores of helpline will sprout for you. That is the sole way of getting help form Axis Bank.

I had gone to this Branch to encash my expired Forex card. I had bought it from TATA. But issuing bank was AXIS. Ms Kavita who attended was not helpful and sent me back without doing my job. Ms Kavita was very rude and impolite. I won’t blame ms Kavita if she did not have a smile on her face. I think I don’t want to say more

I really dont know whats the actual problem with Axis bank in dispatching the debit card. I had literally fed up for availaing a debit card, after long time i had applied for the debit card 3 days before. Now i got the message that delivery of the card attempted and undelivered due to non availability of self on the address today
No one has approched or call me from the blue dart courier as i am available on the address.

The below said issue is not yet resolved. The debit card still not delivered or attempted to delivery by the service provider. As i track it shows it was handed over to branch executive named Pranali.

Today one more message i got that my debit card pin is delivered. Ref the screen shot message attached
I again seriously raise my concern no any debit card pin is delivered to me.

This is very serious misguiding information provided by the service provider.
I believe this should be properly taken care by the axis bank hariniwas branch Thane , as in past this branch is seriously not concerned about their customers.

Third class bank. They will extort money from you for their own fault by fines. Threating staff to elderly people. Don't bother going to this bank.

One of the worst bank and all abuse the customers Harras costumers and it’s really pathetic banking system in india . They are rude makes group and support each other and finish customer . They internally decided what solution they have to give instead actual solution . In covid they forced me to sell properties rather helping to resolve the matter. They are cruel cruked worst and beasts.

HAD THE ACCOUNT IN HARINIWAS BRANCH THANA , FROM PAST 15 YEARS , FROMPAST 1 TO 2 YEARS HAVING BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BANK , ALL EMPLOYEE ARE SUPORTING EACH OTHER , AND ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMERS , ESPICIALLY ISHITA , EARLIER ALL MATURED AND GOOD PEOPLE WERE WORKING , I AM IN A PROCESS TO CLOSE MY CURRENT AS WELL AS SAVING ACCOUNT FROM THIS BRANCH

I have to share this experience as how a phone call by Ms. Rashmi More who heads this branch changed my negative perception towards Axis Bank.

Won't go into details as it's a long story what I appreciate is when my email complaining on the service we received with no resolution in sight on account closure. It would have been easy for her to ask any other officers to call me but as a branch head she called me patiently heard me venting my anger and without commiting anything said she will get back.

She did called me the next day and resolved my issue what more she still wanted me to not end my relationship with Axis Bank.

Such employees so are so crucial because as the company grows the employees tend to lose the human touch.

One less customer makes no difference to Axis Bank.

Now days axis is giving very poor
Service to the old costumer.
As no RM is in constantly contact about the service.no one is bothering to respond to the help slowly it's going to Loose customers like me.
As I m having relationship with Axis
More than 20 year's.but decide to
Move some other bank.
Not getting reply of the mail's
For the document required urgently.
It's taking one year.
