Good bank, ATM service available.

I came to bank at 10.45 Am and there were so many people in a line at deposite counter.. The cashier was not there nearly for 25 min and we all were just standing there and waiting for him.. We dont know where did he go. But i know one thing this branch is really really bad when it comes to service... There service is damm slow... Now its 11.24 still stanfing in a line and waiting for my chance... The way he is working is really pathetic... Worst experience at these branch.. I have been a account holder of this bank since a long time...but still they give such a poor service to there clients..... They really need improvement....

Don't open account at this branch if you want to save your valuable time. Always server down and internet issues. Passbook printing also rarely available.
Staff is worst. Very arrogant and not cooperating with elder person also. The branch staff don't even solve common issues. What to say about staff even the manager is dumb. Doesn't have knowledge about updated bank system(UPI transaction). They don't even deserve one star. Personally I suffer alot. Also seen pain in other people eyes.

Worst Branch Ever!
Officials are very rude. I went to withdraw my money, one official asked what am I going to do with that money (are they allowed to ask such stupid questions?)

Very Rude Staff. They do not know how to speak to the customer... Other Bank Service Are too good than Bank of india Gadital Branch...

worst branch. Very slow process. bad communication. Angry peoples are there. Lowest bank

Very lazy people, not even picking up calls, make old age people wait so long for small works. Not responding to emails. Very outdated.

Not a good choice if u want to go for banking 👎
