I think , 1.bank's building need to some change ( increase size ). 2. Take separate staff for money deposit & money receiving task. 3. Need more ATMs in the city. Other wise well response & service from bank

Worst experience..... Almost Waited for an hour and 1 counter lady who handles RTGS process was busy with manager....😒 this was waste of day....
