Worst Experience i had in my life with this bank. All the useless peoples are working here. I have two wheeler loan with IDFC first I am taking the follow up from last two month for my payment refund, after sharing all the details via mail and calls, still they are not capable to sort out my issue and after taking follow ups for 100 times no one is taking initiative. please don't you show that you guys are doing fever on us

Customer care service is very bad. Trying from last 12 days. Not getting any reply. Demanding two wheeler loan statement email. Nashik Branch tailing to come directly to bank.
