SBI Chhaoni

Very poor service. You always find one person doing one job with a queue of 50 people.
Rest other employees are found sitting Ideal most of the time. I mean really😏???? Why others can't help that person or why can't bank have 2 person doing same job??? So that it will speed up ..
Very very unsatisfied with SBI Chhaoni. No one will help you either....

Visited SBI ATM, it have 3 machines
1. cash deposit
2. Passbook printing machine
3. ATM
All machines are well maintained and ATM is in good condition.

Very busy bank staff is not so much co operative towards illerate and old people and customer Need their PRO

Good and supportive staff if you are aware of process.

Before covid-19 bank system was quite best. Whenever new person or existing customers came to bank they were getting paper token in which machines print your waiting number as well as counter numbers where you have to go so that you can get your related work done easily. During your waiting time seats were also provided so no one feel discomfort while present in bank.Hope bank will soon restart same system.

I went to the chaoni branch for some minor issues, today being Saturday the concerned front desk staff were not very keen to help me, They were giving all excuses and I had to run around from one counter to another with no outcome.I then approached the branch manager, he was so humble, polite and helpful, he immediately solved my problems. I was quite impressed by his nature and work devotion.

Staff is really slow in getting work done, you will have to visit branch during the pandemic multiple times to chase the work to be done. My father passed away and had account in this bank, in order to transfer the funds to my mother, they are taking their own time, no process completed even after a month. Bank staff will not share details of progress. I would prefer another private banks over this branch of SBI.
Update on Aug 10th 2021 - visited branch again and manager Jyoti mohanti was really helpful in this matter. Changing rating from 1 to 5 since my work was completed in a day, thanks to Branch manager Mr. Jyoti Mohanti

One of the best branch SBI chhaoni so far banking in current period is concerned.the branch is lead by the most progressive young leader Imrana Ansari Madam.All my queries were solved .
