hopeless management and very lazy staff ..having account since last 20 years ..no sincerity in work culture. staff hanged up the call when requested to send someone to open demat account just next building..

hopeless management, i have submitted my check 10 days back still no received my money, and also its worst bank and staff.

Pathetic service by staff. Very lazy staff. They don't care about customers time. Just for KYC and cash withdrawal it took me 2 hours. 1 staff comes from lunch another goes for lunch. Please don't invest your precious time and money here in this branch.

Scam for SBI credit card happening at this branch,
SBI credit card lady at counter 10/11 will call you and will ask you to come to the branch to submit KYC form for your bank account. When you visit the branch, after filling the form, this lady will pursue to sell SBI credit card and will tell you its free for 1st year after that if you dont want then you can close it. But if you opt for this credit card, SBI credit card team will charge INR 589 from your savings account as service charge for credit card in next month and they will tell card is not free for first year and there is miscommunication.
I was scammed like this, hope you can avoid this.
I've raised consume grievance at National Consumer helpline for this cheap scam.

Useless branch and workers, i went to open saving account but they refuse to do so and was trying to sell me 3in1 account. Lady at the counter told me at 2:30 that working hours are over come Tomorrow now seriously With such attitude they do not deserve to work anywhere.
