Axis Bank Branch

Axis bank has so far the worst after sales service. They have so far cheated me twice & and after every sale that they make the stop picking up customer phone calls . Twice the have deducted amounts from my account on the basis of consolidated charges and when asked about it they confirmed it was by mistake but stopped picking up my calls for refund. Not expected from axis bank as I have been a customer for more that 7 yrs now. Sorry but will be withdrawing all my accounts from this place as well.

Worst staff they are not solve my problem unnecessary troubling. Not proper parking area.They are always work quick in high balnace account holder.Normal person say please wait for 2 min you are wait for waiting area.i am not Happy with Axis Bank staff.

Sorry to say a experience we have received from this bank it is a very useless bank,office staff don't want to work,we advice to all don't open the account axis bank. I am going to withdraw my all account from this bank.

Visited bank personally for opening account on Aug 14th. Minimum 2lakh balance for NRI account. Today Sep2nd, it is not opened yet. If they take this time to open account not sure how would be services.
Visited ICICI bank Ramdasperh on Aug 17th for same NRI account. Account was ready on Aug 19th, all cards and info received in Japan on Aug 29th. No comparison.

For updating KYC bank taking 7 days it's very unprofessional

Dear axis bank education loan department. I have filed a education loan case on 21st Nov with hardcopy of all required documents by personally visiting branch. Today after more than 22 day there isn't a single update on my loan application whereas you have promised students like us to provide loan in 15 days. At least provide a online system where we can check the status. and whom so ever is looking after all the application please have a courtesy to respond because we are trusting you.

I have priority account but there no special service that makes me feel it's priority account. All the mention features of having a relationship manager is not provided until you have an investment plan for them.

Call you RM and mention u are looking for investment they will call u multiple times in a day and visit ur home. However, if you ask them to visit your home for your account work which does not give them comission or helps them to achieve their target then won't come to ur house and force you to come to bank.

So having priority account and RM is of no use unless u have money to invest which will help RM in investment. Today 2/12 I was supposed to be visited by my RM however the moment it was know to her that there is no investment money she refused and forced me to come to bank. So they don't care if u don't have investment for them.

Also, there is no escalation point of contact, u just feel helpless. They won't share any information to whom u could complain. I won't recommend Axis Bank if you looking for a private bank as there service is as good as government bank unless u have "INVESTMENT".
