3rd class service for gold loan and all
Very bad condition he take 4-4hour for gold loan renevation and sme 4-4hour for close gold loan very bad condition any one help to show how to work and how to service for customer

totally bad service, I have given account opening application in nov. 2017 but till 26 March 2018 bank has not opened my account even after fulfilling bank procedure and documents. I insist to every person who is willing to open account in ICICI bank, dont open a single account in this bank ever otherwise you will face lots of problems

Very bad service. Simple transactions take up to 2 months with minuscule amounts.. employees are pretty slow and with no responsibility and time lines of doing their jobs.. highly disappointed.. don’t recommend this branch at all.
Only if I could give less than one star.
