Nice bank in middle of city

Very good bank for us

That's not in the right place where lots of people need money to spend it. We have lots of time to reach specially for this ATM and then we were gone to the place where we need to spent that much.

Most arrogant staff. Only few are good. The security guard has no knowledge still walks in Bank like a king or like a manager. He pushes you behaves rudely. Other staff won't entertain your request despite waiting for a long time

My Father has an account in that branch. Still now they deducted maximum 20k from my father account. My Father requested at least 4 times to close account. From March 2020 to till now they didn't closed it and now they deducted amount once again. It's very nominal amount for other my father is farmer and he is not good in English. And staff behaviour is not good at him. I really sorry to say I am not expected this type of treatment for farmer from high qulified persons.

Worst experience, worst than government Bank , second time visiting to update KYC.

Not even zero start for this branch and the service provided by them. Rude and very unprofessional. They will not explain the hidden charges upfront. As you go for the service they will tell you you will get charged.
Lot needs to be improved to match with current digi-world.

Will be closing my salary account from this lousy bank.
