I been banking with standard chartered bank for almost 3 decade. My account is with Dadar branch

however i take services from Thane branch for last 2years Adwait Karnik is helping me for my banking needs. He is very polite and always ready to help me. He is really good support to Thane Branch.

I had visited today at standard chartered bank Thane branch. Happy to share my overall experience. I met Mr Adwait Karnik in branch. I must admit he is very professional and assisted me on my query very smoothly and resolve my credit card issue immediately. Mr Karnik is really very helpful I am 73 years old he gave me special assistance to resolve my issue of credit card. Happy with Thane branch services.

After a. Long time had to visit bank branch today to close out my account.. was helped by Mr Dipen Kumar, very professional. Unlike some of the other branches who just don't take an account closure form Dipen was very polite understood the reason why I had to close my account, offered me couple of options and was not pushy... That's the good part. The process was quick and in 15 min i could get all formalities done..

I am happy with service given by Mr.Bipin kumar. He is very soft spoken and solve my queries. I have visited first time to branch and happy with hospitality.
