Very poor digital experience. Takes ages to unlock your account.
Sleepy branch sleepy bankers... most of the times systems are down..
Taking more than 3 months to unlock my account. Ridiculous.

My experience with SBI NRI branch Pune was very pleasant. Exactly opposite to what we expect when we visit any SBI branch. This branch was not very busy the time I went there and I was greeted well. I went to unlock my savings account and convert the same to NRO. They gave me a form and list of KYC documents I need to submit. They also took the printouts as i only had my originals. The whole process took max half an hour and I left and by evening my account was operational again.

I have received fantastic service from SBI NRI branches for 2 decades. Initially, branch near Collector's office and now Koregaon Park branch. The Branch managers and Staff have been polite, understanding and quick turnaround to my queries. I hope SBI maintains the service. Thank You.

They gave me all the wrong information and very confidently. Request you to be very responsible about what you tell your customers.
