I opened a savings account in this bank thinking that I will get 7%, after opening my account I come to know that for 7% the minimum amount required to be kept is 25 Lakh. I did not opt for a debit card. Now I am struggling to make transactions despite raising 4-5 requests regarding access to internet banking without debit card. Stay away from this bank.
