The people work inside the bank , think they are prime minister of India...
SBI PLZ give them training about how to talk with customers....

Need to improve service much more. There should be
Fast netbanking,phone banking and joint account process. They should also have fast process where person have a account but want to change nominees

Mr. Pradeep Kakde is the best manager working in sbi malakapur karad. My loan was delayed for an year due to poor management and irresponsible behaviour by previous manager. Staff is rude.
They tell to do things on our own.
If we ask anything they do not speak politely they will tell something or will ignore us.
There is lot of crowd there and they even dont listen to us.
So i suggest to do the things online on their app .
If you are not able to do online then be ready for wasting your time for hours.

Mrs.kakade sir is very cooperative, calm ,
N experience person..but other staff is rude.. specially service manager mr.kshitij has no manners to treat customer n women's ... totally disappointed...from malkapur branch.
