I have been trying to get the quarterly earning and debits statements since more than six weeks and have been visiting this branch for more than ten times as yet I have not received the statements.I don't understand the reason for this.This being the nations Prime Bank I am shocked to find this kind of perormance and the efficiency of the staff members.I have contacted Asst.Manager also many times but fruitlessly.I Don't have this kind of with any other bank but with S.B.I.
To contact any worker by phone is very hard.You keep on calling till closing hour but stll wait for response.
Any person who values time and effort will
certainly withraw from banking with S.B.I.
