ICICI Bank Satara-Branch & ATM

I came here at 11 for NOC for my vehicle loan. All the details have been shared. 3 staff has attended me so far for single print out. And it's been 12 now and still waiting for NOC certificate. It's a job for merely 5 mins and they wasted an hour.

Total unprofessional. Staff needs training.

Worst staff. They don’t know the exact procedures and for small work you have to visit branch multiple times. Each person handles specific task and if that person is not there u have to wait for him/her.
Opened account and closed within a week.
Wont recommend to any one in future.

Myself Mansi Joshi... I m ur customer... My check given by sanjeevani hospital is still lying in ur drop box from last 3 days... Tomorrow my emi of Rs. 3697/- will debit from my account... And check is not yet credited to my account... Not even receipt given to concerns...

Staf is unprofessional..i m not getting proper treatment...staf not constate on own work

I am an NRI, came home for a few days. I went to this branch for opening an NRE-NRO account, it has been 1.5 months and the process has still not finished! The staff doesn't seem to know details of small things, causing delay at every step. I was told that the process will take only a few days, they also made me write a big check as account opening money, told me I can withdraw it as soon as account is open.

I have been to the branch at least 15 times in the last 2 months, and have has numerous calls with the bank person handling this. I am so disappointed right now that I wish I never opened this account. I will never recommend this process at least at this branch to anyone.

Bank don't have proper internet connection. They hold all the customer almost 30 min to do a transaction. Really bas service. They close the bank early as internet connection is not working.

Very bad Experience with this branch especially " Branch Manager " and Depty Branch Manager" they taken more than 07 days for Stamp after Signature. In this branch They don't have any Manger stamp.

Absolutely horrendous services. Please don’t open any Nre account with them. I am trying to close this account due to useless services. I personally went to this branch to close my account submitted a form with passport stamp in person. Lady said they will provide demand draft in 3 days and she will call, I received no call. I had to fly back to Canada and my dad sent someone to check on them. They said they have no record of any application being received. I went on 19th august and 22nd august 2022. I am going to go higher up and sue these guys. Deputy manager supriya had assured me that account closing will be done with no Issues. Please save yourself and don’t open account with these fraud people.
