Fraud bank I tell you people my experience don't open the account here . They respond you very badly.. It's already 5 month over to open my bank account here but didn't get ATM card even they cut two time my money and tell will get your ATM but still they say same thing .Totally time wasted.

Useless staff, they don't really care if you're attended or not. They'll keep eating something or watching reels until you have no choice but to approach them. And even then, instead of being ashamed, they'll act like they are doing a favour by listening to you.

Went there for a problem last year, it's still unresolved for till now. Worst staff you'd ever experience. The other SIB branches are very good.

Very helpful staff and fast service.

Not even worth to give a 1 star rating , pathetic management, delay in processing, i suggest to not go for mg road branch!!
