ICICI Bank Manpada Waghbil, Thane-Branch & ATM

Visited on 4th Oct 2019 for FD deposit statement
I don't even understand y that guy sitting in the cabin, I had just asked for the statement and submitted the format(which I have received from other ICICI bank branch) and he was looking at it for 10-15 mins and looking and me in suspicious way like m going to rob him. and after spending 20 mins he said we can provide you the format that we had that's f**ng answer<
and I was having the same format issued by other ICICI branch, I really dont know what was wrong with him....
Very disappointing...

You go all the way there at 3:15 pm cause the web site shows open till 4:30 pm. But the staff says Branch closed as per notice pasted outside the branch gate. No courtesy at all to say so politely or accept ownership of the bank's misguided information.
Please train your staff!

Among the busiest and better branches of ICICI Bank on GB road. Whether it is cash withdrawal, demat services, loans related, this branch takes all rhe heavy lifting of all other ICICI bank branches. Better to avoid on weekends due to long que even for basic service.

Pathetic!!! If i can give -5star than also it is more for them.
Staff has no knowledge. For every query they call someone to check and then tell. They are not aware what all documents are required. No value for Customer .

I was ICICI bank customer from a decade but never had this bad experience.
Will close all my accounts with this Bank.
And want to tell others to think twice before using any of there services.

Neha kadam is a staff of icici she is very rude and arrogant,Always busy on her phone ,I went for some Account related work,She Said to me "FORM BHARKE LAO MAIN TUMHARI NAUKAR NAHI HOON FORM BHARNEY"
I Just asked to fill my account number to cancel auto debit from my account.
Very Bad Experience ,Work Employee of icici bank .

Pathetic and useless staff . With nil knowledge. After 2 hrs of waiting period i get to know had to submit application 15 days in advance online . And no such provision is their neither on app nor anywhere when asked to produce such document was ill treated seriously useless staff .ashamed in past I used to provide example of great customer exp to other friends n family members

Sick people who should be thrown out from the system to waste customers time

I had visited this branch two times for change of address. Though same did not happen.
The staff is less concerned about customer. Lazy towards customer response.
Relaxed towards work

Last couple of months, at least 5 times I have been to the bank complete network in the bank is down including today.
The only two people who are working and assisting are the cashier and the assistant manager
