Very good location in bank

I have been haveing good experience with SBI Main branch SBIN0004205 for several years. But of late there has been decline in service and needs immediate action. A mail has been sent to the branch but no response. The same mail has also been forwarded to AGM Complaints Maharashta and Delhi but no responseNo wonder private players score over them. Is it a strategic move to compel customers to switch over to private banks?? Or the staff is really concerned about customer complaints.

Have not been inside the premises but the building looks gorgeous. The Victorian era architecture has no match even till date.

Very big infrastructure with multiple gates. Good housekeeping and well maintained. Before going there enquire which gate to be used from security for convenience

Staff is helpful and ambience is also good

One of the most efficient branch of sbi, Manager was helpful and work was done faster as compared to other branches
