staff of this branch is just like owner of this bank and they no need to customer account I give 5 time application for atm card but not get, hopeless service.

The Staff of this Branch is very rude and dont repsond to customer queries. i have great difficulty in getting a cheque book from this branch. The Branch number is also not working

Passbook updating machine is always out of order... system problem...... it'always down....

An executive has made to open an account with AXIS, so I have been using this account last 2 months before only. There is no ATM but it will not be charge for other ATM transaction. There is no much branches are avail in my city. So far I didn't faced any fraudulent issue.
My mother has suggested SBI to open a saving account with them. Since she is govt employee, know all benefits and details. Hence I am having an account with them past 7 years. Need to maintain a minimum balance of 3K. ATM and branches are near. I use to get all details and update from bank.

Pathetic management and customer handling. absolutely bad behavior of employees.

i was called to submit my documents for KYC being i have old account, i submitted documents 30 days back and i got call again today, they must have misplaced my documents.

i am sure there is no one watching these reviews as they are least worried about customers service and happiness.

Worst experience at SBI Bank, nandanvan branch nagpur, they ask you to wait for 10 mins but you would ended up waiting for hours. For every single process you need to submit application form, employees won't share proper information at the first stage and always busy in their personal matters. Not recommended visiting this bank at all 😅. Would be better if you first try to find online solution.
