I had very bad experience of this diva east branch, when I visit the bank for opening new account, the arrogant staff and branch Manager started asking for various documents such as property tax bill besides pan and adharcard saying only diva residents are allowed to open bank account. However next day when I produced property tax bill then the manager wants introduction by existing account holder, suggesting me to beg with someone, during corona period he wants hard copies of pan adhar and other documents, there is scan machine or not allowed to use for customers, no soft copies would be accepted.
afterthat he was suggesting me to go other cooperative bank behind their building for opening new account.
I think these are useless people, to waste time.
