3 बार जाने के बाद् भी मेरी पासबुक प्रिंट नहीं हुई ।प्रिंट करने वाला कर्मचारी हमेशा गायब रहता है ।मैनेजमेंट गड़बड़ है।

Very bad experience

The branch is providing pathetic services to its customers. We have NGO Bank account in Chhatarpur Branch. Our account has been feezed due to the non-submission of KYC.

After getting the intimation we submitted the required KYC documentation to the Operations Head Mr. Niranjan Khatik on 10th of October and he committed to lifting the freeze by the 11th of October. But even after multiple follow-ups and regular requests to Operations Head Mr. Niranjan Khatik, he kept on a procrastination attitude. More than 9 days have elapsed but he hasn't lifted the freeze on our account. Due to that, many of our employees, vendors and we are encountering difficulty in operations.
