The branch is very well located as it is very near to the center of the city. It offers all kinds of banking services, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable too. The only problem is that availing these services takes a lot of time, so this branch needs to increase the staff because sometime it gets very overcrowded.

I think worst!! It seems like they personally don't want to open our account @sbi karmeta jblp. They asked for two identity proof okay Thats okay. For my mother we provided them aadhaar card and voter id card they are saying you must update as the adresss is not valid but the adress is of the same district and we even provided them the resisdence prrooff light bill as well as written applictaion from nagar palika we are living in rent for this year due to some problem in the same district they are asking for an update tell me how many time to update aadhar when you have provided the permanent adresss and all the proof of local adress as well okay we'll update that no problem for a second for a 10 and 13 year child they want two identity proof fine we will provide but what? Birth certificate --? No they dont want that! School identity proof --? No they dont want that even ! Report card of previous year? No not that the only thing thay want is pan card! why beacause thay have there agent for that making pan card is the only thing they are asking for a child of 10 and 1e year of age. For a 17 year old girl with aadhar card you need pan card why not result of 10 or birth certifcate or something else they need just and just pan card without thag they wont open the account and even they are not talking the way they should its just an mental harrsment

Best service and friendly staff, Although slow.
They helped me exchange my old currency during demonization it was hassle free, Priority service if you have links and you can skip the queue.

SBI is the king of indian banking sector.
