ICICI Bank Ltd, Gwalior

Very poor service, they treat customer very slowly and don't apply first come first rule. Also the behaviour of staff is very rude.

Will never visit ICICI again and going to close all account from here because of this branch.

One of the largest private banks in the country. They provide all banking services including cash deposits, withdrawals, issuance of bank drafts, safety lockers, fixed deposits, term deposits, loans, personal loans, student loans, business loans etc. there is a problem in handling customers though. This bank provides investment services in mutual funds, brokerage services.

Extreme worst service in terms of banking

Bad experience as wealth mgt customer but no surprise. Reached bank early at 09.30 to get my work done but branch mgr kept the team busy in meeting & I kept waiting. I then met a staff for opening SCSS account who asked for original PAN card & adhaar even though I am kyc compliant. He then took me to Br. mgr who kept explaining why I was wrong in opening SCSS account instead of FD without even understanding my financial plans (unfortunately CASA/ FD target is important than customers😊). When I stuck to my plan, he assured to give me call back to give account opening form in the evening , today 3rd day & am still waiting. My calls are obviously unanswered. And I moved on to another bank.

Bank is quite good with friendly and quick problem solving staff.
One can also search on its official website and location for the facilities this bank is providing.

I went to collect my debit card and I had PAN card as Id proof.
They sent me back saying that it is not a valid ID proof.
Although it is listed as valid proof on the website.
ICICI bank Gwalior need to educate their employees.

Worst service... icici bank staff never co-operate with their clients... I always have to visit their branch for minimal help but still they never see our efforts n make me wait for hours... I feel stupid for depositing lacs of rupees every month to my icici bank, city center branch...

Very unprofessional and lethargic staff. Absolutely annoying and pathetic experience at priveleged banking section. I regret interaction with the branch manager. Poor show
