ICICI Bank Guna-Branch & ATM

nice place but village banking.

Branch manager sir is very polite and humble person...but Officers have no value of time of costumers...some of them remains busy in their phones and chit-chatting with their colouge in the office...they can take 2 hours of time for a small work of removal of dormancy and address change...bank staff reading this review ...kindly mind it..!!!

Staff Dealing with customer is very Bad. No time value, very bad experience. I suggest to change staff in Guna Branch.

I will give 1 star rating to this Guna Branch bcz it is Very very very worst branch i have ever seen. No value of time, the staff members have no manners to talk with their colleagues & with the customer's too. I advice never to choose Guna Branch as your job location otherwise you will regret, bcz they won't teach you anything, you have to learn everything by your own then either you know about it or not that doesn't matter for them. And the working hours for an employee is 12+ hours it means you are a bought servent of the ICICI bank, You have no life of your own. You cannot speak for yourself & if you try then the senior staff members will use cheap words for you.
Have many more things to say but there is no advantage to speak if no action is been taken. I can only kindly request to the ICICI BANK MANAGER of GUNA BRANCH, to teach their staff an appropriate manner of behaving and giving respect to all the staff members & customer's or either change their Staff.
