Humble staff, less rush, nice ambience,... But always not have enough currency in smaller denomination. Can observe security guard managing most the activities. When you ask for branch manager, the staff had no idea, for them every activity had different head. Not the best of staff when it comes to competency, as require more training from head branch.
Obviously, better the bank of india or many other bank in guna, but could hav possibility to be best.
