Worst SBI branch so far in gwalior, i don't want to name the staff but few of them are very very rude and not cooperative and very careless in their job, if you are planning to open new account here just go for some other branch otherwise you will suffer.

Worst branch of SBI. I came here to open my account, but the female staff told me that there is no facility for offline account opening and i need to download YONO app. She refused to open an account.

This bank is good but its employees and officers are so bad they are not cooperating to customers and do ciber crime from customers account and their officers Even DGM not taking any action against them. DGM not met with customers on fixed dates for them and not giving any appointment. Employees not giving any receipt for any document like kyc, cheque etc.
