Very friendly business experience with its Branch Manager and supporting staff having helping attitude in conducting banking operations..

They dont accept the payment by fill in slip method
Lazy cashier says to submit the money by machine only so that they can take rest and do gossips
Idiot staff and manager is also idiot and lazy
Every day the bank working starts at 11 am
However according to rules bank should start upto 10 am
Upto 10:30 am noone from staff appears here
This is all their everyday work

Peaceful Branch, No Rush like other sbi brances.

Lazy staff. One female staff asked me to go to another branch to open new account as she had two forms to open already. She gave me hindi form and told there are no English form in branch. She told go to another branch and take extra English form and give one to me as well. Ridiculous!

All staff are Lazy..They haven't updated my address till date after so many times visited in bank..This is the worst situation of this bank.SBI should take action like of this type of BM and staffs.

Female Staff with no brain. And They can't handled their customers properly because their communication level like streets. Very very poor.

SBI's services are quite good.

Really poor branch, they misleading by stating false rules saying that new circular has been issued stating you can't do offline rtgs by visiting non home branch and constantly pressured to transfer bank account to their branch.
