Worst service ever the bank staff members are very impolite they are very rude with the customers. They actually have no idea on the working process to every query they would take days and days to reply and then the work is never completed on time.

For the same task they would ask u to visit the office again and again and after multiple visits still the task remain incomplete I am fed up with the services.

The bank is owned by the government and the taxpayers pay for the employees salary and we as the taxpayers have to deal with such critical situations.

Every person is working at this point of time and going to the bank everyday hits their work hard. These people are hopeless and worthless

If it would be in my control would have given zero ratings would urge the government to go through the reviews and take strict action on the bank officials.

They are torturing the customers in every possible way. Hate the service worst worst worst service.

The worst service ever. My father is a customer of this bank he is 60 years as in age. The bank members are very rude and lacks knowledge in every domain they work. They call people 1000 times asking for the same document and still after multiple visit to the bank the work never is done on time. I have had the worst experience here.

I feel sad to see my father go multiple times to bank to get account details. The ATM service is so poor it never works. The manager works on hit and trial method every person working their lacks knowledge and they hardly know about the transactions.

Even after multiple email to their registered bank I'd every time they would come with same issue we have not received your email. No body in the staff wants to take responsibility of the work assigned to them and they keep on overlapping it to other staff members.

If I would have had this option to give them actual rating it would be in negative.

I work in Delhi and it is not possible for me to go to bank every now and then to ask them for helping me on my account. The bank authorities do not understand the serious Ness of time the customer is wating to get their work done.

Hope my review is seen by other employees of the bank and I would request them to just close their bank accounts in order to bring these staff people to their senses.

Government should take action against these people to let them know that the bank is run because of the customers and they need to help the customer in every possible way .

This is the worst place of banking. The staff as well as the manager is incompetent. They do not know the process for anything - they follow a hit and trial method - and most the time whatever they tell you doesn't work and you have to make rounds and round to the bank to make it right. Will not recommend this bank to anyone. The bank is owned by the government and the taxpayers pay for the employees salary and we as taxpayers have to deal with this type of stupidity. The worst possible banking that I have dealt with. I would have given Zero Stars if that was an option.

Worst service ever. The employees are rude, they do not want to help the customers. The security around the bank is not enough. The ATM at the bank never works and always you get in trouble while using it and when you try to resolve it through the bank they say they are not responsible for it.
